Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Are all products made to order?

Yes, our products are handmade, which is why there is a 24-48 hr. period for your product to be prepared if it is not yet available.

  • Are customized orders available?

Yes! Customized orders may take slightly longer, 48 – 72hrs to create the best-customized product for you.

  • Are online payments available?

Not at this time. We’re working diligently to add this option to our website and make it easier and more convenient for you to shop.

  • Do you have a cashless option for payment?

Yes. We do offer Sun Cash which works by using a bar code to scan and pay once the customer has the Sun Cash app downloaded on their phone and funds are readily available.

  • Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. There is a $5 delivery charge for orders under $30.00.

  • What are your operating hours?

We are open Monday – Friday (8am – 4am for orders). Deliveries are Mondays and Fridays 5pm – 7pm and Saturdays 9am – 12pm.*Days and times may vary*

  • Are AmberL products only available online?

No. Products are also available via pop-up events which are announced on our social media pages.

  • Do you have products specific to skin diseases?

Yes. We have products specific to eczema and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (HS).
