Sticky, sweet and berrylicious! This double berry compote recipe tops anything from ice cream and panna cotta to pancakes. Even better, you can make this with any berry mix!

Ingredients
3 cups of Berries (Blackberries and raspberries)
1 cup White sugar (or your preferred sugar)
1 Lemon , freshly squeezed
1 tsp Lemon rind, minced
½ tsp Rosemary, minced
Prep:
Rinse and at dry all berries, and place aside. Mince rosemary and fresh lemon rind; placing aside when done.
Directions:
Place all ingredients together in a saucepan. Let cook on medium heat for 7 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered. The cooking time depends on the desired thickness of the compote.
